I, being the owner / agent of Stallion     Hereby donate  one (1) two (2)    stallion breeding service by the above named stallion to the Greater Oklahoma Paint Horse Club (GOPHC) "Spot or Not" Stallion Service Auction for the year  2012.   I agree to breed the mare owned or leased by the bonafied successful bidder. I further agree to be bound by the provision contained herein, and all rules associated with the GOPHC "Spot or Not" Stallion Service Auction and Futurity. I agree that once this service is sold I will receive one (1) free weanling entry in the futurity and that all of the foals from said Stallion will be eligible to be shown in their eligible weanling, yearling and two year old futurity classes subject to futurity show rules. Mares and stallions must be registered with APHA, AQHA, or JC. No foals resulting from mares registered in other breed associations are eligible.

I understand that the proceeds of the auction will be placed in a general fund to be disbursed in accordance with the rules of the "Spot or Not" futurity. There will be no refunds.

I acknowledge that all veterinary bills, board, and other appropriate expenses associated with the service will be the sole responsibility of the mare owner. I agree GOPHC will not be responsible or liable for any expenses or damages incurred by, or resulting from, the mare or stallion owners’ participation in the service. The stallion and mare owners assume all risks associated herewith under the auction service and futurity. GOPHC offers no warranties, actual or implied, for itself or on the part of the mare or stallion owners; however, the stallion owner is expected to honor a "live foal guarantee" as is customary in the breeding industry. I understand that if the service is not sold by the deadline, I can retain the right to purchase said service at the advertised minimum SSA fee.

As a stallion owner, I may elect to purchase my own stallion service at the conclusion of the auction, if the service is not sold. As the stallion owner / agent, I can transfer my free weanling entry to another person by notifying the "Spot or Not" futurity chairman in writing at least 10 days prior to weanling show date.  

The signatory party(ies) hereto agree to all the provisions contained herein, including any references made herein to the singular shall also apply to plural, and have caused this agreement to be executed as of
